Pulse Veterinary Specialist and Emergency is a veterinarian owned emergency and multi-specialty hospital in Sherwood Park, Alberta open since March 2020. Our mission at Pulse Veterinary is to provide exceptional veterinary care. We strive to provide pet owners and primary veterinarians access to state-of-the-art diagnostics tools with dedicated doctors and support staff in a warm, team environment.

The Emergency Registered Veterinary Technologist (RVT) is empowered and responsible to act as a highly trained RVT on the clinical floor to set an example of patient care, client care, and teamwork at Pulse Veterinary Specialists & Emergency. The Emergency RVT will report to the Lead Emergency RVT and work closely with critical care specialists including Dr. Thompson and Dr. Tong, to deliver high level patient care. The Client Service Representative will act as the first point of contact for clients and is responsible for setting an example of high-level client care and teamwork at Pulse Veterinary Specialists & Emergency. They will report to Head of Client Services and work closely with the Client Care team to deliver exceptional patient and client care to ensure all feel welcomed and cared for. The Client Service Representative will support all emergency and specialty teams including: Cardiology, Dentistry, Neurology, Ophthalmology, Radiology, Surgery, and Internal Medicine. The Doctor’s Assistant will provide enthusiastic, compassionate, and professional care for clients and patients at Pulse Veterinary Specialists & Emergency.
