Pulse Veterinary Specialist and Emergency is a veterinarian owned emergency and multi-specialty hospital in Sherwood Park, Alberta open since March 2020. Our mission at Pulse Veterinary is to provide exceptional veterinary care. We strive to provide pet owners and primary veterinarians access to state-of-the-art diagnostics tools with dedicated doctors and support staff in a warm, family environment.

Pulse Veterinary Specialists & Emergency is seeking motivated, team-oriented, and passionate Veterinarians to join our hardworking and growing ER team.  To compliment the ER team, we have specialists (or residency-trained veterinarians) in cardiology, dentistry/oral surgery, ER & critical care, internal medicine, radiology, neurology, ophthalmology, and surgery.

The Emergency Registered Veterinary Technologist (RVT) is empowered and responsible to act as a highly trained RVT on the clinical floor to set an example of patient care, client care, and teamwork at Pulse Veterinary Specialists & Emergency. The Emergency RVT will report to the Lead Emergency RVT and work closely with critical care specialists including Dr. Thompson and Dr. Tong, to deliver high level patient care.  Read more about our Emergency and Critical Care team here.

The Client Services Team Lead will report to and support the Head of Client Services in leading the Client Services team to deliver exceptional patient and client care to ensure all feel welcomed and cared for.   They will act as the first point of contact for clients and is responsible for setting an example of high-level client care and teamwork at Pulse Veterinary Specialists & Emergency.

The Client Services team will support all emergency and specialty teams including: Cardiology, Dentistry, Neurology, Ophthalmology, Radiology, Surgery, and Internal Medicine.
